Professional on-the-job training :
     This program is held in order to enable and equipment of employed persons in Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and affiliated organizations both in professional and general training. Professional on-the-job training, with taking advantage of the newest discussion and achievements in the fields of employment and labour relation and also using of international sources, is designed in order to update the professional and also social knowledge of experts and managers of labour relations, employment, and labour social studies departments.
